I. Tribal Gaming Audit Manager & Seniors BlueArrow CPA is a tribal CPA firm that offer quality audit services for Tribal gaming and casino enterprises. We’re are looking for Tribal gaming and casino audit managers & seniors to join our dynamic team. They will be responsible for performing and supervising audit and review engagements for our Tribal Gaming and Casino audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of tribal gaming and casino audit engagements.
  • Pre- Audit planning and performing audits.
  • Preparing reports and provides recommendations to clients.
  • Developing internal control testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
  • Work with team to tackle accounting, auditing, and other related issues.
  • Documenting audit tests and findings to complete audit work papers.
  • Ensure audits are completed on time.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Tribal Gaming and Casino audits.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • Experience working independently on multiple client projects or engagements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Requires traveling up to 70%.

Compensations:
  • Salary up to 160K based on your knowledge and relevant experience in Tribal Gaming and Casino audits.

II. Staff Accountant These are the qualifications and skills expected of the candidate:
  • BS degree in Accounting
  • Needs to be a CPA candidate (someone already in the procedure to take the exam)
  • Outstanding communication skill and customer service capabilities
  • Needs to be available to visit customers outside the city on regular

III. Senior Auditor These are the qualifications and skills expected of the candidate:
  • 2+ years recent experience auditing in a public accounting position
  • State and local experience with non-profit and educational organizations
  • BS or MS Accounting
  • CPA license is preferred, CFE is expected
  • GAAP reporting standards, standards in the Single Audit Act and government
  • Auditing Standards
  • Needs to have excellent skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Caseware
  • Excellent technical accounting skills
  • Established expertise in supervision, mentoring, coaching, and training personnel
  • Excellent leadership skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • The ability to address many objectives and satisfy close deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skill and customer service capabilities
  • Needs to be available to visit customers outside the city on regular
